(GEMS), established in 1990 and incorporated in 2005, is a California licensed General Engineering Contractor with certifications in Asbestos, Hazardous Substance Removal and Remediation Actions. GEMS was formed to address the need to provide high quality, cost effective general & environmental construction services to private, industrial, and government clients by a reliable small business. GEMS brings together an experienced multi-disciplinary staff through the use of alliances, teaming, networking, and business relationships that have been established over the past decade. This unique cost effective approach to general & environmental construction gives the client the advantage and convenience of being able to contract with one company for the many varied phases of a general or environmental construction project.
